Mom & Pop in Mosaic District is looking for new AND experienced Baristas, gelato lovers, and those who geek out over quality food and eating local.

These are full and part-time positions.

Requirements:

Must be willing to work mornings and weekends.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent team-oriented mindset
Must be friendly and personable to both guests and coworkers
Must be willing to learn
We are looking for people who work well under pressure;
Have a strong work ethic and are able to adapt to change as necessary.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Crafting delicious espresso beverages while adhering to our recipes and standards;
Providing excellent customer service to all guests;
Adherence to health code and food safety protocols
Maintaining general store cleanliness;
General delegation of tasks in a respectful manner to teammates;
